RawTherapee is a free open source tool for photo editing.

Right Thumb

Right Thumb is a freeware desktow application that creates a thumbnail of yours pictures.
You must only select photos from a folder and with right click of mouse click on "create thumbnail(s)"
this allow you to create your thumbnails.

Paint.NET è un validissimo programma di fotoritocco gratuito scritto in C# e in C++
Tra le tantissime caratteristiche di questo programma vi sono:
